What is your favorite Christmas Cookie? I am looking for a variety of unique cookies.? - christmas cookie jars

I need ideas for a variety of cookies, but not too hard to add my Christmas gift trays of cookies. I've never been great cookie baker, but feel inspired this year. What are some of your favorite or most frequently requested. I have gingerbread men, Oatmeal Raisen (my fav name) and snowflakes cherry, what I have. Thank you for your help.

Here are some recipes that a "must have" here in the holiday season.

The first is really simple, the second a little difficult to (more ingredients) in the box below to do, there are some very good recipes.

Coconut macaroons and almonds

1 14-ounce box of sweetened condensed milk

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 teaspoon almond tea extract (optional)

1 tablespoon water

8 ounces (2 cups) desiccated coconut

Add vanilla, almond extract and water to the condensed milk and mix until well combined. Add coconut and mix well. Let this mixture stand for 2 to 24 hours or more rehydrate (stirring) to allow the coconut.

About 1 form of "cookies" in diameter and bake at 350 degrees on parchment covered cookie sheet about 12-14 minutes, until golden parchment. Slide rack cooling. This recipe makes about 18 cookies.

Drunk (Bourbon) Fruitcake Cookies

Otero 1 / 2 cupr

1 cup brown sugar

2 eggs

1 / raisins 2 pounds

1 / Brown 2 pounds of raisins

1 / cherry red £ 4

1 / candied pineapple 4 pounds red

1 / Green 4 kg of cherries (optional)

1 / Green 4 pound candied pineapple (optional)

1 / 2 cup bourbon (optional) (alcohol evaporates during cooking)

1 tablespoon milk

1 / 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 / 2 teaspoon nutmeg

All 2 cups flour

1 / 2 pound walnut halves

1 / 2 pound shelled walnuts

In a medium bowl, Dredge candied fruits and raisins in 1 cup of flour.
In a large bowl, cream brown sugar and butter together. Add eggs. Gradually stir in bourbon and milk. Flour and remaining spices. Stir in fruit and nuts. Stored in the refrigerator overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 ° F. Drop teaspoons of dough about 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet no.
The baking time is approximately 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on rack.

In the optional fruit, candied green, not usually used, because I think it's ugly. If they keep using twice the amount of other fruit.
Even people who love to hate absolutely Fruitcake cookies. They are awesome!

Another idea: a peanut butter / Kiss Cookies mark, with a variety of different kisses into several variants, and almonds or candies.

Good luck and Happy Holidays
