My department has used white balls in the urinals for men about the differences between the windows to keep nesting pigeons.

Pigeons are many reasons they are smart because they are always a possibility to find in one place, no matter how often something of a deterrent it is going to be. The law should not kill or remove the nest, but you can create a mesh network that is always there and they put there. One thing I hate is laser pens. If you use this address, they panic and try to avoid the beam. It seems to work for a while, but the return. They have a study on these birds and one was kept from them, blindfolded and thousands of miles away. Then he took up the issue of blind and flew all the way, where he came from.
